• Job Description :

  Expertise in Business Analysis and System Analysis skill set in Requirement Gathering, Business Process Design, Business Process Re-engineering, Functional/ Technical specifications, Development, Configuration Management, Release Management, Testing and Documentation

  Good domain knowledge of BSS components and integration architecture with COTS product like Billing, CRM and Order Management.

  Experience ofBusiness Analysis End to End large Scale Greenfield and Transformation programs.

  Experience in Solution architecting, Pre sales, Business analysis, Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Due diligence, Implementing System Integration.

  Synching the customer launch timeline with hardware/software and all vendor/sub vendor and partner delivery timeline.

  Worked as a liaison between business users, developers and testing team to submit business requirements and changes, clarify questions and issues

  Expertise in Stakeholder and Vendor Management

  Strong knowledge in Telecom domain

  Exposure to work on RFPs in BSS domain.
