Situation

Launched in May 2016, the Singaporean client is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator. The goal of the client was to give a seamless CX through a fully functional on-cloud DR implementation.

Solution

The solution architecture designed by Covalensedigital is hosted on the AWS Cloud platform. A part of the solution to ensure synchronization of Charging data. We helped in providing zero data loss in addition to facilitating the sync between billing and pricing data into database. A seamless monitoring experience has been made successful along with deployments for ease of business operations.
